The purpose of Luo United Communities Organization is to establish dialogue among Luo ethnics that are scattered all over Africa for many centuries and in diaspora. There are dozen Luo ethnics existed across African continent, unfortunately they never had any form of communication- thus,this forum and other research and forums will pave the way for historical discovery of the Luo genesis.
